Such an interesting exercise. I automatically feel selfish for spending it on what I want to spend it on, rather than, I guess, saving it. And there is a fear that I should keep it "in case I need it" later.
So interesting! And those make total sense. Really common in our culture. It would probably be helpful to ask some questions about those beliefs -- like whether or not you do need to keep it in case you need it, and what else could be true, and how else you might want to spend it, and what might happen if you did!
